These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For any disputes not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Geneva, Switzerland.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FactCheckTool regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
