Important: All purchases made through FactCheckTool are final. We do not offer refunds for any payments, subscriptions, or credits purchased.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges for:

  • Subscription fees - Monthly or annual plans
  • Credit purchases - Any credits bought for fact-checking
  • One-time fact-checks - Individual analysis purchases
  • Upgrade fees - Moving between plan tiers
  • Partially used services - Even if you haven't used all credits

Please Note: Once payment is processed, it cannot be reversed. Make sure you understand what you're purchasing before completing your transaction.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. We make cancellation simple and straightforward:

How to Cancel

  • Log into your account at factchecktool.com
  • Go to Account Settings → Subscription
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Confirm your cancellation

Good News: When you cancel, you keep full access to all premium features until the end of your current billing period. No immediate loss of service!

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your subscription ends at the end of your current billing period
  • No future charges will be applied to your account
  • You retain access to premium features until period end
  • Your account automatically reverts to the free plan
  • You can reactivate your subscription anytime

Important: Canceling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You've already paid for access through the end of the period, and you'll keep that access.
