I've been using Cake Equity for the past few months, and I've been very impressed with the platform. One of the things I like most about Cake Equity is how easy it is to use. The platform is intuitive, and I got up and running in just a few minutes. I also like the fact that Cake Equity is very customizable. I can easily add or remove features and even create custom reports. Another thing I like about Cake Equity is the customer support. The team is very responsive, and they're always willing to help me out. Their team has a very proactive onboarding support strategy and the support teams engage very early in the process. I've had a few questions about the platform, and they've always been able to answer them quickly and clearly. Overall, I'm delighted with Cake Equity. It's a great platform for startups and scaleups that need to manage their cap tables. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple and effective cap table management platform.
Cake is an idea whose time has come! If I as a technology professional, was interviewing with a company - and equity was part of the conversation - if one company offered Cake Equity for crystal clear transparency into my Equity comp - and the other company did not - it would certainly be part of my decision making process when choosing where to work. Cake takes the hassle out of Equity compensation, freeing up your CFO and CEO to concentrate on what is most important, building the business and keeping investors happy.
The problem solved by Cake Equity is issuing ESOP to employees in multiple countries. Cake makes the legal process bearable without costing an arm and a leg in legal fees. Customer support is second to none.
