It is highly regarded by many users for its innovative approach and ability to boost community activity and marketing KPIs. However, there are concerns about responsiveness, as some users reported difficulty in reaching out to the team and issues with platform functionality. Nice project was excited about using the product for my onchain gaming studio and NFT community but wasn't able to get in touch with the team. I scheduled a call through the sign up form but it was cancelled, I joined the Discord, pinged multiple channels and opened a support request but didn't get a response, and I DM'd one of the founders directly on Twitter since they followed me and didn't get a response there either. Will come back and give a review once I get a chance to actually try it out 🙃
