Hey just to give you a heads up, we're going to develop the same thing. But not us our main solution, just like a tool for candidates to engage more with our platform.
Really impressive tool! I do Salesforce interview coaching and felt it did a comparable job to an interview coach for immediate feedback about the interview answers themselves. I also purposely answered poorly in a way I felt would trick the bot into feeling it was a good answer and it didn't work at all. Well done! I feel it could be improved by allowing the interviewee to copy/paste their resume in order to give them feedback in alignment with their actual experience and it might be able to dig deeper into specific areas of the interviewees past experience instead of letting them make up whatever they want.
As of today I'm using GPT prompts directly . The beauty of this tool is, it till take voice input and provide immediate feedback Question to answer. It's accurate and professional level feedback. Suggestion: You can keep increasing the time limit to 2 mins for answer.
I tried this with a friend who is already a PM at a content (news) distribution tech company, and the questions that were asked in "Interviews by AI" were relevant and very similar to the ones asked in his actual interview. This is a great product!
Tried it. Impressed by the quality of the feedback generated. UI/UX is awesome. Clear and concise interface with no distractions. I have always loved the products that solves a SINGLE PROBLEM without adding on a ton of features.
I love how it has you answer the questions vocally then assesses your answer and recommends ways to enhance. It's also very encouraging, which is great for motivation and putting the person at ease.
