I use this app daily. It helps me start my day, and I check in with the AI coach when I’m feeling anxious about an upcoming meeting or presentation. Helps bring my stress level down each time.
Getting yelled at by a NAVY Seal while taking cold showers is more fun than it sounds! The content is on point and is a damn good way to start the day off on the right foot. Psyched on this.
