From day one, we needed infrastructure that could handle high-volume outbound workflows, real-time data enrichment, and secure CRM integrations without compromise. AWS gives us the flexibility to scale fast, maintain strong security standards, and deploy globally as we expand across markets.
We needed something that wouldn't fall over when an agency sends 50,000 emails at 2am. Tried a few alternatives early on — they were fine until they weren't. AWS just works. SES for sending, the rest for infra. Boring choice, but boring is good when you're delivering other people's emails.
A fully customizable and comprehensive solution. We rely on services like RDS, EC2, Auto Scaling Groups, and OpenSearch. I particularly appreciate having the flexibility to configure EC2 instances for seamless integrations, while OpenSearch offers the ideal solution for scaling with Elasticsearch to meet our growing demands.
I like to see how AWS is evolving from year to year, and I hope UX will be improved as well to be able to configure even more things without CLI/CDK
