Snovio is a great product, all the features except the Lead Finder tool works very well. The Customer support is just incredible, they are always around for immediate support. Sempre muito prestativos, desde a implantação até o suporte diário via chat, o que facilita muito nosso dia a dia. O profissional de suporte Fernando sempre muito atencioso ao explicar. Empresa nota mil, único problema é que o custo é em dólar o que acaba saindo um pouco caro quando convertemos para o pagamento na moeda local. mas recomendo.

A snovio por sí só já é ótima no que é proposto a fazer. Mas o mais legal é poder contar com um suporte de gente de verdade, o Fernando sempre me ajuda em duvidas pontuais e esta sempre de prontidão pra me ajudar. Tanto a Snovio quanto o próprio Fernando estão de parabens.

Atendimento em geral em específico do chat é incrível. Rápidos, preocupados com as soluções e acompanhamento sempre. Estou muito feliz. Já assinei outras ferramentas similares e no começo sempre tudo bem, mas depois atendimento fica fantasma. Parabêns.

Muito fácil de usar. Os e-mails são bastante precisos e com uma grande quantidade de créditos. Uma sugestão: Talvez a prospecção possa ser mais rápida e eficaz habilitando o funcionamento da extensão no Linkedin. ;)
