Scrimba has by far been the best coding learning experience I’ve had so far. I'm the kind of person who procrastinates easily and tends to start courses without ever finishing them… but for the first time, I actually made it to the end of a course — and that’s largely thanks to their teaching style and the platform itself. What I love most is how interactive and engaging the whole experience is. You never get bored — there are tons of challenges that really push you to practice what you’re learning, instead of just watching videos passively. And the fact that you don’t have to manually install anything — you just pause the video and start practicing right away — is honestly amazing. Thank you, Scrimba. May God bless you 🙏

I have been a pro member in Scrimba for around a week already, and, truly, I have enjoyed the website so much. Reasons? Brilliant cost for not only very well taught courses by wonderful experts who know their job, but also a discord community where you can get in touch with a lot of different individuals including Scrimba founders who always care about their clients and willing to come for help anytime. The only drawback I see so far is that there are not enough courses. Though, the Scrimba team is doing their best to eliminate this problem. Wonderful group!

I've explored multiple online learning platforms, including Udemy, Pluralsight, and Codecademy. While these platforms offer extensive course catalogues, none has resonated with me as much as Scrimba. What Makes Scrimba Unique? Many coding courses teach you how to build specific projects—like a task tracker or a restaurant menu. While these projects help you grasp the basics, they often leave you wondering how those skills apply to real-world development beyond these examples. Scrimba takes a different approach. It features interactive coding lessons, integrates Figma design, and emphasizes problem-solving. This encourages learners to think critically instead of simply following instructions. Rather than providing the answers directly, Scrimba pushes you to research, experiment, and truly understand the reasoning behind the code.

If a better platform exists to transform aspiring developers from coding zero to coding hero, I've yet to see it...I've spent money on many different courses and used many many resources over the years, and Scrimba is hands down the best I ever used. The level of polish and attention to detail is unlike any other platform out there. I've had a pro subscription since September 2023 and have no intention of leaving any time soon, if ever. The teachers are awesome, the interactive IDE is unmatched (as far as I know it doesn't exist anywhere else) and the content is abundant and of excellent quality. After many years of 'dabbling' this is the platform that has had the biggest impact on my learning and catapulted me to levels I never thought I'd reach. Way to go guys. Much love!

In the early days of my frontend development journey, I faced a number of challenges. I tried several paid courses on platforms like Udemy, but many of them felt like “tutorial hell” — too passive, and lacking in real hands-on experience. That changed when I discovered Scrimba. Scrimba completely transformed how I approached learning frontend development. The platform’s combination of bite-sized explanations and interactive mini-projects helped me not just learn concepts but actually apply them. The built-in scrim feature allowing you to write and run code directly in the browser was a game changer for me. It made the learning process seamless and engaging. Thanks to Scrimba, I was able to build a solid foundation in frontend development with much more ease and confidence. I’m now looking forward to their upcoming Fullstack Development course, launching on April 14th and I couldn’t be more excited to continue the journey.

Discovering Scrimba was a turning point in my coding journey. After feeling stuck with passive tutorials and abstract concepts, I came across it through a Reddit recommendation, and it quickly became one of the most helpful tools during the early stages of my front-end transition. Scrimba helped me break out of 'Tutorial Hell.' I'm currently pursuing a Software Development degree from an online school. The courses are fast-paced, and it was difficult for me to keep up. At the end of the semester, I realized I hadn’t learned much. So, I searched the internet for extra videos or courses to help me with my struggles. That’s when I found Scrimba. I completed the first free scrims in the Front-End Developer Career Path. I loved every moment of it, especially the fact that you can code directly into the video, make adjustments, and play with it as you like. I wasted no time going PRO and finishing the entire Front-End Developer Path. This is truly a great platform to learn and grow!

Course went through several reviews. Its not bad per say but they used to combine disjointed chapters from different teachers together which had no connection. These days the FE Path is polished and much much better but it is still far from mastery and getting there given the focus is on projects (and projects do not guarantee hiring). I eventually cancelled because I didn't see much progression in my skills of building a full-stack app but that is mostly because its focused on careers.

Scrimba is a fantastic platform for learning frontend development. Its ease of use and engaging instructors make studying feel fun and interactive. One of my favorite features is the ability to solve exercises directly within the video, which helps reinforce what you’re learning in real-time. The platform’s new design gives it a more professional appearance while still maintaining its modern, tech-savvy vibe.
