ShipFast accelerated the initial development of Linkeddit. We used its prebuilt boilerplate to jump-start our project, focusing on core features instead of setup overhead. While other options like Wasp’s AI-driven customization were considered, ShipFast’s straightforward approach and rapid setup gave us a head start in delivering our SaaS to market quickly.
ShipFast was instrumental in accelerating the development of Shut Up & Breathe. Its intuitive web app boilerplate allowed us to quickly bring our idea to life. While we considered Wasp for its AI-driven boilerplate customization, ShipFast’s simplicity and speed were unmatched.
This NextJS boilerplate is a game-changer for anyone in the startup game. Why? Three big reasons: Time-to-Market: forget about lengthy development cycles; this boilerplate enables you to take your startup from concept to a live product in just days (hours ?). Versatility: it got me well covered, a real Swiss Army knife. Everything you need at the begining and after is packed in. Speed of execution: it allowed me to transition from idea and brainstorming to full-blown production in a jaw-dropping time. Thanks !!!
I'm still using it in late 2025. It's one of the fastest and simplest ways to get a decent landing page combined with other services your application needs (Stripe integration, email services, etc.). The repositories are still being updated, but not as regularly as before, as Marc is probably focusing on other projects. Overall, it remains a good tool to start developing your SaaS, especially if you combine it with some AI coding tools.
Great concept. NextJS definitely leaves some integrations as an afterthought including email, auth, and payments. I wish Stripe could handle more of the user and customer management via subscriptions out of the box. This is a decent solution as long as you're ok with a noSQL db :)
Saved me weeks of coding with this excellent boilerplate, easy to set up and understand. Well commented and organized. Makes lives lot easier if you're a solo programmer! Would Recommend!
I'm using it and about to launch a site that helps job seekers not only track their applications, but helps them conduct outreach and manage the stages of their outreach to hiring managers and recruiters.
Does exactly what it says. I shipped a brand new micro SaaS in days thanks to ShipFast
