We were left thinking we were infertile for months because of give legacy. They assured us of the accuracy of the test and told us we would not be able to conceive naturally. We found out later that this was not true. The results were completely wrong. The package got stuck in texas and they lied about it. The customer service rep. was verbally abusive and rude when I called about a refund and didn't even apologize, but put it on me and said that we have already been infertile for four years don't blame it on our testing. Absolute horrible experience. DONT BUY
I've been storing my sperm with Legacy since 2020. Can always get on the phone with someone when needed. Still not wanting kids, but thankful I'm covered just in case I change my mind later.
