DeepSeek’s open-source breakthroughs made a huge difference for us. Thanks to their work, we were able to train Macaron’s RL-powered Deep Memory and code-writing agent at a scale and efficiency that wouldn’t have been possible otherwise. Their innovation helped turn our vision into reality.
We've adopted it as remio's AI model. Its proficiency in handling complex tasks, from coding to language translation, is truly remarkable. It has significantly boosted our productivity and enhanced the user experience. Shutout to DeepSeek!
DeepSeek Chat serves as our reliable foundation for basic content creation tasks. Its efficient performance and consistent output quality make it perfect for handling straightforward development requests.
I’ve been seeing tons of creative tutorials on Rednote about Deepseek lately — people are asking it to be their daily fitness coach or even using it to "read their fortune." I love how AI tools like this are becoming everyday friends in such playful ways. Over the past few months, I’ve been experimenting with Deepseek myself — sending it well-organized materials and asking it to edit based on my logic. For longer articles, I still prefer the results from ChatGPT, but when it comes to quick career advice, resume tips, or professional insights, I find Deepseek's answers surprisingly helpful.
DeepSeek Chat is my favorite free AI assistant! It understands complex questions like a human, remembers long conversations, and can even analyze PDFs and Excel files. I use it daily for research, coding help, and brainstorming - it's like having a genius friend who's always available. The web search feature keeps answers up-to-date, and it explains things clearly without jargon. For a free tool, it outperforms many paid AIs I've tried!
I collected the Kotlin implementations that I hand-coded for 8 Leetcode problems then tasked the 70b distillations of both Deepseek R1 and Llama 3.3 to migrate those to Typescript which I then fed back into Leetcode in order to get comparatives based on correctness and efficiency. Final score was Deepseek 4 to Llama 3 (1 tie).
I have been using this product for a few days now and I feel that it is very user-friendly. It has replaced my previous habit of searching for answers on search engines. What I think is great about it is its ability to think deeply, which is different from other AI products. I really like it and hope that its functions will become more comprehensive in the future. I will continue to support it!
I find it helpful in my simple coding tasks, generating some snippets etc. But if you ask it some regular questions, it is soooo wordy! (even if you reduce the heat and tell it to write shorter). Assume, the approach should be different from those with gpt. Security issues don't bother me, since I obviously don't use it for top secret tasks :)
DeepSeek has been a helpful tool for my team and me when searching through large data files. I use it to quickly find key moments without manually watching everything. It saves time and improves our review process. It could be faster, but overall it works very well.
Strongly recommended, this open-source model is best free model I have ever used. Compare to the other models, this one is the most suitable for personal use. Only drawback is the generation speed, hopefully they could improve the performance on speed.
I think this is an outstanding AI Chat bot. It can reason out very rigorous ideas for a question, but the only drawback is that the server seems to be busy easily and sometimes it cannot be used (maybe too many people use it~~~~~ sadd)
DeepSeek: Free but not as good as ChatGPT. Good for basic tasks and beginners due to its free access, but lacks ChatGPT's quality and complexity understanding. Worth trying if you prioritize free AI.
