Glassfy

We use Glassfy to power our subscription service. It simplified building our purchase flow significantly and even allows A/B testing of prices

My initial impression of Glassfy was a great one, sadly one crucial component is not working: Refunds are NOT getting imported into Glassfy, even though there is a a section for it in the dashboard. Refunds are also NOT sent via Glassfy's webhook connector. This is a crucial component of Glassfy that is simply NOT working as described, even though it is a crucial one and absolutely necessary for us. I have attempted to contact Glassfy's support multiple times now. A few times via their chatbot on their website (that has since been disabled), as well as via their support email. After multiple weeks and trying to contact them again and again, I haven't received a single reply. As long as this is not resolved, I simply can not recommend Glassfy.

This application has excellent infrastructure for creating, managing, and developing subscriptions within the application. I used their open SDK and cloud platform to integrate subscriptions into the application in just a few minutes, saving weeks of development. Glassfy SDK provides subscription infrastructure, real-time subscription events, and ready-to-use monetization tools on iOS, Android, Stripe, and Paddle. The application is very user-friendly and intuitive. I am satisfied!
