I submitted the product over a week ago and also paid to skip the queue for a 12-hour review. But there is no update from their side, and there is no customer support option. From what I can see, similar incidents have happened to others, which makes it feel like a scam.
website down. contact cut off. payments to the product still going through though. In the middle of a transaction dispute. Hopefully product comes back founder seems legit but right now definitely smells like a scam.
It's been over 72 hours without any update (not even an email) although I paid for skipping the line too. Feeling cheated as there is no customer support as well.
