Unusable Software and Unresponsive Support I’ve been using Formaloo to create interactive forms, but since the recent update to their version 3 dashboard, the app has become unusable. All of the forms I’ve created are now uneditable and unviewable—they've essentially turned into empty folders with the same names. It's been over a month since I reported this issue to the support team, and unfortunately, it remains unresolved. The support team is slow to respond, often taking days, only to provide links to support articles that don’t address the issue. This frustrating cycle has repeated multiple times with no resolution in sight. As it stands, the software is unreliable and unusable, and the support is equally inadequate. I cannot recommend Formaloo to others in its current state.

I've been using Formaloo for some months now to set up a wish list sign-up form for my startup. The reason why I chose Formaloo over other options was the opportunity to use the product for free without time limits to test it out, but also because of its variety of functionalities beyond creating forms. I liked that it's super easy to embed a form to my site with an iframe. For me, it makes a lot of sense to use Formaloo and services alike instead of building everything from scratch ourselves in the team. So far I am happy and I will continue using Formaloo in the future!

However, like any platform, it has room for improvement. Some reviews pointed out the need for more options concerning currency and payment gateways, although minor issues with date fields were being addressed by the team. Its adherence to UK legal frameworks and stellar customer support makes it a viable choice for any organization looking to optimize its form management processes while ensuring data security and compliance.

More than anything else, I find Formaloo's Lego-like appeal appealing to me. This is the feature that makes Formaloo like a toolbox. A toolbox that will be used for many tasks. With Formaloo, you can create an answer that fits every need. Another positive feature of Formaloo is its simplicity of use. You can easily do many complex tasks. Simply a few clicks! Formaloo's ready-made templates covered a lot of work and even gave us new ideas for business development. In our work, Formaloo has become a tool that we deal with every day and has increased our speed and efficiency in many areas. Many tools still need to be connected to Formaloo. These connections will make Formaloo's power more and more. By adding integrations to Formaloo, we can build more powerful tools. Before using Formaloo, we had to check every survey we do with difficulty, and after completing the survey, a lot of time was spent entering and checking the data. But by using the possibility of Formaloo survey and Formaloo CDP, we were able to create an integrated tool for all surveys and profiles of our users.

I began using Formaloo more than a year ago. I was intrigued by its promise of piping data into apps. As I've used Formaloo, I've bumped up against a variety of bugs, most of which have been solved by the support staff. More significantly, I've come to understand that Formaloo promises things that aren't yet reality. They sell their vision for app building, portal building, and interconnected forms before it's really there. This can be disappointing, especially when ETAs get bumped repeatedly. But when Formaloo is evaluated for what it is, not for how it compares with its marketing, it remains a powerful tool. Even though the vision isn't entirely reality yet, the vision still informs the ethos of the product.

The most frustrating experience I have ever had! The software is definitely impressive and has a lot of potentials, but I would caution to only invest in it if this ISN'T a critical piece of your business operations. My Experience: 1. I recently began using Formaloo with high expectations of its ability to create powerful and useful forms. I was excited by its vast array of features and options and thought I had stumbled across a great tool. However, my excitement was short-lived as I began creating my forms. Almost every form I created had an unforeseen bug or issue. I can't even publish or use my forms because it's unusable to anyone using it. I believe the product is potentially great, but the unreliability of the forms I created leads me to suggest that Formaloo is best avoided until its buggy issues can be resolved. 2. I have had the misfortune of dealing with this company's customer service, and it has been an absolute nightmare. Their support system is completely disorganized and they are completely unsympathetic to their customers who are trying to get their issues resolved. The response time is also laughable at best. It's clear to me that this company does not value its customers or their time, and I would not recommend you rely on them to solve your issues. 3. At 4 attempts out of 4, you've reached a familiar yet exasperating place - you've created 4 Formaloo using the platform and all 4 have considerable bugs. You wonder why you even bother. You've paid your dues, yet it feels like the platform isn't delivering on its promise. Then the questions start: What value am I getting? Am I getting any value at all? Are they really here to help me or are they just taking my money? You can't help but feel like you're being taken advantage of, yet it's hard to turn away from the potential that glowing promise of success. 4. I thought I had made a great investment; it had the potential to be the best of its kind. But when I went to reap the rewards, I found myself in the middle of a nightmare. The product was a disaster, and its support was even worse - I kept hitting roadblocks wherever I turned. No matter what I did or whom I asked for help, I couldn't move forward. It was maddening and disheartening, especially after putting all my hopes and energy into this investment. I felt like I was stuck in an endless cycle of frustration, disappointment, and dashed dreams. 5. Navigating the UI of the software felt like walking through a dark and mysterious labyrinth, the kind of place where you could easily get lost and never find your way out. With each dead-end, I felt more and more frustrated. On top of that, the bugs were making everything even more difficult – it was impossible to distinguish between a feature that wasn't working properly and one I simply didn't know how to use. With frustration slowly taking over hope, my only hope was to seek the help of customer support–a daunting task I wasn't looking forward to.

I absolutely love Formaloo! It is the most advanced and flexible form builder I have ever used. The calculation and logic actions are amazing, and there are tons of field types to use and countless possibilities to use and integrate the final form via link - or included to your own website. The development is very active, and the support is excellent. They just publish an overview video for newly introduced features each month on YouTube, so you know the tool will only get better with time. I have never had any problems using it, and I have found it straightforward to use. Formaloo is the perfect online platform for creating and managing forms. The company is based in Estonia, so they are GDPR-compliant by law of their country. The platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The price is also very reasonable, especially compared to other form builders I have used in the past. Two features I would really love to see are range sliders as new field type + live calculations of points/prices (while filling out the form, shown in the form). Overall, I would highly recommend Formaloo to anyone looking for a great form builder!
