The best schedule management app I arrived at after a long journey. Opus Domini, Opus One, Todoist, TickTick, Notion. I have moved through various task management services, but this has become my endgame. Assign tasks to the calendar, create timeboxes, and rearrange them. Also display them on the calendar. ByDesign provides one answer to this often-chaotic process. What is special is the beauty of its UI, and how it places necessary items in easy-to-use locations. Recently, a killer feature of automatic work time organization by AI was also added. I think this is wonderful foresight. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart, and I think you should get it while you can.

I use ByDesign as a integral life planning tool. I use the workspace feature as a journal, a space for reflection, a scrapbook and a to-do list. The calendar feature allows me to see my schedule and plan ahead a week or a month at a time. And the dashboard is where everything comes together, I check all my actionable things and have my goals to inspire. This app fits my workflow like a glove and I recommend it 100%.

Great app that is only missing some features to be 5 stars. The fact that they still don't have email forwarding to create tasks is a major missing feature for me. I also think they need added security by allowing password or pin to lock down pages.
