Cirkul

First of all, the flavors do not last near as long as what they advertise. I have the 32 oz bottle and I only get about 1 and a half flavor out of it, and I leave mine set at 4 which is there recommendation to get the max flavor to last 6 fills of a 22 oz bottle so I'm getting just over 2 fills of a 20 oz bottle size. Another issue I have is that the ice melts extremely fast in my bottle. I can fill it all the way to the top with ice and fill the remaining bottle with water, and the ice melts within about an hour or so. I'm not exactly sure what the bottle is made out of but even in a regular cup, the ice lasts longer than that. I just don't understand why ice melts so quickly in these bottles when I fill it completely full of ice. I am constantly having to dump water out and refill with ice and water every hour or so. It's extremely frustrating. I would not recommend the cirkul bottle to anyone for these reasons.

Cirkul is a great alternative to plain water, juice and soda. I switched to Cirkul when powder water flavors started making my stomach hurt, I want to say it was the aspartame. Cirkul does not use aspartame and seems like the healthiest option, besides plain water. I have tried some flavors of Cirkul and I would say fruit punch is the best and is delicious. I hated all the lemonades, I have had which include two different classic lemonades, a pink lemonade and a raspberry lemonade. They all had a chemical taste to them! Stay away from the lemonades. I feel the plans are the way to go for the best price but stay away from expedited shipping, it does not actually get to you any faster. I also, disagree with 6 fill ups for each flavor, I get about 3 to 4 20oz bottles and usually use only a 4 to 5 flavor setting. I will keep using cirkul but think they should look into biodegradable packing for their flavor tubes.

Here we go again. I just received an email thanking me for my order. I DID NOT PLACE AN ORDER! This is the second time that I have been signed up for an auto ship plan. I DON'T WANT ANY AUTO SHIP PLAN MESSING UP MY BANK ACCOUNTS!!!!!. I can and will order what I want, when I want it. When are you going to learn that, not everyone wants you to auto ship and auto bill? It is time to make sure this is reviewed online in as many places as I can find. As far as the flavors go? I do not use artificial sweeteners because of the aftertaste. There are few flavor cartridges I can really stomach. As a result most of their flavors taste the same to me. They all taste like the artificial sweetener after taste. They should make some with natural sugars from regular fruits like apple juice. I love apple juice but the artificial sweeteners override and kill the natural flavor of the apple.

The spout forces you to literally suck way too hard (this will definitely cause wrinkles around your mouth). I gave up straws for that reason and this is worse. I want bigger swallows of water. The flavor didn't last through even one bottle. I thought it must be broken as I only had the setting on 3. I started at 1 and worked my way up. The lid leaks. It doesn't fit in a car drink holder and you can't sit it on the seat because it leaks. I didn't get the other cartridges I ordered. The numbers are hardly even visible. They should be in an alternate color so you can see what setting you are on. The cartridges are expensive. I was drinking 5 bottles of lemon water a day. I wanted to be more environmentally friendly. But there is not a single positive thing about this bottle. I'll keep looking.

My sister bought me a starter kit and some extra flavor cartridges as a gift. I am one of those people who hates drinking water because it seems boring to me and I am most likely addicted to sugar. I had high expectations for the product as I had seen so many people raving about it online. However, when I started using my new bottle and the cartridges I was immediately disappointed. The ability to select the flavor intensity was disappointing to me. Even having the setting where Cirkul suggests (3) the flavor is pretty weak and the cartridge definitely did not last for 6 full bottles which means it will have to be replaced sooner. Additionally the shipping times when I signed up for a Cirkul trial I have heard are quite slow and there is little likelihood that the 6 cartridges I signed up to get as my subscription plan would last me an entire month. So basically that means I would be back to drinking non flavored tap water to make up the difference. It strikes me as a clever product but with a lot of flaws or imperfections like what I have already mentioned.

Similar to others, the flavor is very inconsistent - some sips are sweet and flavorful, and the next are basically water. The claim that you can get 6 bottles on a "moderate" setting is COMPLETELY UNTRUE. I set it on 4 and by the third bottle I have to set it to 8 to get a little bit of flavor. Tried it with three different cartridges - all the same experience, so it wasn't some kind of fluke. Seems like too much money, inconvenience and waste (those cartridges aren't reusable) to keep buying it. Plenty of zero-sugar flavored water alternatives out there.

I've used Cirkul for 6 months, had a subscription to monthly shipments and never had an issue until this month. My shipment arrived today, Before I opened the package, it was leaking. When I got the bag opened, everything in the package was wet and sticky. The paper inside the bag couldn't even be read any longer where the ink had bled from getting wet from the cartridges. I could tell that 8 of my 16 cartridges were empty after rinsing them off so that they were not sticky any longer. I notified the company immediately. "Joseph" asked that I send him photos of the packaging, cartridges, and to let him know how many were damaged. I uploaded all the photos I had taken and told him 8 cartridges were damaged. His reply was that they would send me 4 replacement cartridges for my inconvenience and that I could just rinse those 8 off and use them. I replied to him that I couldn't use a cartridge that was empty and those 8 were completely empty. He replies back that he can send me 6 replacements for my inconvenience but not more. I replied that wasn't good enough, and I would just cancel my subscription and file dispute on the charge. His only reply was to do what I needed to do. I can tell now that they really do not care for their customers like all the other reviews state.
