I am extremely happy with my Petsies purchase! My 16inch stuffed dog turned out so adorable. It is a treasured memory of my best friend now gone. I highly suggest that you use the option of the sneak peak to view your Petsies thru the creative process. This allows your input to get the details just right, as only you can know. The designers take your comments and adjust the changes to get you exactly what you want! That is a great provision for a one of a kind creation. I also ordered a printed pillow of my cat. When the pillow was lost and never arrived, customer service was so accommodating and understanding that they made another one for me at no extra cost! Who does that? They have been awesome throughout the whole process! I highly recommend Petsies and I will be ordering from them again!

I seriously can't fathom how people are leaving bad reviews. They are some of the kindest people I've ever worked with! And they did an incredible job on my two Petsies. I got an Irish Setter (24 inches - he's HUGE lol) and a cockapoo (16 inches). I've also gotten pillows, blankets and even their felted ornaments as gifts for family and friends. Everyone is obsessed! Also, for people saying they only show good reviews, you can't actually delete reviews with Google. And almost all of their reviews on Google are super positive!

I am so disappointed in this company i ordered a petsie of my molly who rec3 passed. They sent me something totally wrong wrong color , shape .did not even slightly resemble my chihuahua molly .carli a manager there will not redo it unless you give them extra money and when i asked for a refund they wont do it the worst customer service at this company and clearly the designer did not know what they were doing ......i highly recommend mot to use this company .i will go back to cuddle clones they did a great job on my sheila. Carli and staff i suggest you get better customer service skills and make your customers happy avoid buying from this company..

Although this is a great business concept, the final Forevers Pet replica is not worth the money that I paid! Also beware of the selective 4.8/5 rating that Petsies has on their website. If you look at other internet reviews, the rating is much lower. To get a replica of your pet is a very slow process. I wouldn’t mind waiting if the final product was of good quality, but that’s not the case. For the first replica that I received, the body was fine but I was very disappointed with the colouring which wasn’t even close to the photos that I sent to them. Petsies wouldn’t provide a refund and claimed that the only way to get an accurate replica of my pet was to pay extra for a preview. This is clearly a “cash grab” and should instead be included as a quality control process in the overall initial high price paid for their Forevers Pet. It was finally agreed with Petsies to get a remake of my pet done for an additional cost. This remake cost included the preview stage which allowed the final product to be more accurate in replicating my dog. After another long wait to receive the remake, I was disappointed to be charged an additional tariff/duties ransom which amounted to 40% of the invoice amount before I could receive the final product. When I asked Petsies why I wasn’t charged additional tariff/duties on the first replica considering that they used the same courier company, they couldn’t provide a clear response and wouldn’t reimburse me for this additional cost. Overall I’m very disappointed with Petsies and would not recommend this company to provide an accurate quality replica of your pet for a reasonable price.

We had a Petsie designed from a picture of our beloved family dog Charlie who now lives in another town with my daughter - and it turned out amazing….:). His joyous face and precious smile CAME TO LIFE (!!) as we freed him from the packaging. He looked SO MUCH like our little Charlie - It was uncanny and shockingly wonderful…! Such splendid artistry and detailed craftsmanship. He has authentic features and is stunningly realistic. I cannot overstate the quality of the materials used to bring our beloved Charlie to life - from the soft perfectly patterned and colored fur to the to the expertly rendered eyes and ears. Our Petsie Charlie now has an honored position - hanging out and watching TV with the big boys. And our family room is a happier place as a result of his constant presence. Talk about a therapy dog - he brightens our room/man cave every day. So I HIGHLY recommend the Petsie line. Great group of pros - I’m an ardent fan of their work! :) Dave - San Francisco.

After months of waiting for my petsie to come in of my beloved dog chevy who passed away, finally the plush came in and looked nothing like my dog. The color is off, the face looks like a completely different breed. After reaching out to customer support, their answer is basically it doesnt matter if you are happy with it or not this is what you get and we'll make another one for 75 bucks... why would i want you to make another one when you cant even get the first one right??

I ordered my beagle stuffed animal. Within a month I received it in Italy and the stuffed animal was perfect !!! every detail of the color of my beagle's fur was also present on the plush! the personalized photo keychain was also really beautiful!! delivery times in my opinion are absolutely acceptable considering that they take care of reproducing every detail on each of their products!
