A solid but not yet fully mature SaaS. Some improvements in the UX and process are necessary; the UI, though constantly polished, could be more organized. The support team is also highly responsive. I am full of high hopes, and I am keeping my fingers crossed. If/when Tixio overcomes its initial challenges and reaches its full potential, I will be the first one to award it with the one missing ⭐️
