Frill allows us to engage our user communities by gathering bug reports and feedback on ideas, upvoting confirmed roadmap milestones and updating statuses. We send Frill update notifications into Slack, to know whenever an idea or report is submitted which allows us to stay on our toes. We now have a clear idea on what developments to prioritise as we continue building.

It's been a while since I wanted to have a tool that would allow my users to submit ideas, to vote for them, but also to display the roadmaps of my SAAS other than on Trello (as everyone does for ease️). Of course, I have already seen CEOs go through tools like Nolt, FeedBear or HelloNext or even use "homemade" solutions like WooCommerce does with its 'ideas' subdomain, but all of them turned me off by their side "gas factory". Frill is a game changer, literally, all of a sudden submitting ideas, sharing them, voting for them, getting reports… becomes fun! All of a sudden your roadmap becomes attractive. All of a sudden my users feel involved, they are motivated to co-build with me the products or services they expect, and I never got that before Frill. Take the plunge, you won't regret it, especially since Michael Hill the co-founder does what he sells: he is very attentive to his users to implement the features they expect and even more!
