Integration is simple like a breeze, will figure out more after a while of using it
I am using NewOaksAI bi directional API as a kind of a RAG system for storing data and getting responses for legacy platforms like Manychat. NewOaksAI has webchat which is really convenient too. There is an inbox, however we are using the HighLevel Inbox to manage conversations. This is a power house when it comes to training your chatbot on business information. You have access to the chunked data to edit and improve on responses. If I could I would give it 6 stars as I believe NewOaksAI will continually improve.
This is by far the best Conversational Bot tools I have come across. Now with the Voice module, it is even more amazing. NewOaks AI kept adding features and updating requests from the users and that is a big help. They are always listening to User's feedback and is very accommodating. Do trust that you continue to stay ahead of others in 2025. This tool has all I need and I am looking forward to more.
