Originally tried it instead of Loom as the reviews seemed positive on Reddit and they were responsive on Discord.

NOT A GOOD LOOM ALTERNATIVE. Literally doesn't even work, I've paid a total of $38 for a product which keeps crashing, was offered 8 free seats forever by Richie as a compensation, after waiting for over 3 months I asked for a refund since Cap wasn't working on my pc or on any of my employee's p.c's, I was then just ghosted over Discord after over 3 attempts to ask for a refund. Just came back to it now (almost a year later), still doesn't even boot up and keeps crashing. Fix crashes on windows 10/11, have a dedicated support team to handle billing issues.

I wasn't happy about Loom getting bought out

I tried to use this product as an alternative to Loom, but the experience hasn’t been consistent enough. The multi-screen recording is unreliable, and I’ve lost a fair amount of time to bugs where recordings either didn’t start properly or didn’t capture the screens I selected. When it works, it’s solid, but right now it feels a bit hit-and-miss.It would be great to see more stability around screen selection and recording sessions, along with an AI audio-cleaning toggle that automatically tidies up sound from lower-quality mics. Exporting in studio mode also feels slower than it should be, even on low settings, so a bit of optimisation there would help.There’s a lot of potential here, but it needs more consistency for day-to-day use.

Downloaded it as an alternative to Loom as I liked the rounded square camera. - Crashed 4 times when I pressed record, on a new macbook pro. - Then when it did finally record, the camera didn't overlay on top when I swiped/switched between apps in fullscreen. - Then when I finally got it to work, despite it being in rounded-square camera view, the video rendered and my camera was a circle, not the rounded-square view. Tried multiple times and same result, how is it recording a circle-view camera that isn't even displayed on my screen at time of recording? Regardless, back to Loom I go. Utter waste of time.
