I got Rank Tracker on App Sumo over a year ago and have since bought LTDs for a number of similar products such as Labrika, True Ranker, Dino Rank and a couple more. RT is hands-down the best of these. It may not yet be as versatile as the major players but it is on its way there. A lot has improved. There are a couple of minor quibbles but it has decent results and has proved very valuable to me. I am offering SEO services to smaller local businesses and RT is helping at keeping my prices attainable. It has better competitor comparison than the other tools, is the only one doing Bing as well and is simpler to navigate.

Bought the lifetime deal on this software and saw it had potential. Now I can't access my account with buying a support program which I don't need. How can you sell something and then say 'you can't use it unless you pay me more money'. Isn't that like ransoming software? It's actually like buying a car outright but the dealer then takes the keys back a few months later and says you can't use the car until you pay for an extended warranty. Insane. Shouldn't be legal, not sure how they get away with it.

Misleading Lifetime Deal I bought a lifetime plan for this rank tracker tool, expecting full access forever. At first, it worked fine, but now they’ve locked key features unless I pay for a yearly “support plan.” This was never mentioned when I bought the deal. Features have been restricted, and customer support isn’t helpful. A lifetime deal should mean what it says—lifetime access. This feels like a scam. Avoid this product if you want a trustworthy solution.

I got scammed by the founders of RankTracker. Just like many others, I bought the lifetime deal and now I’m being forced to buy a yearly Support plan I don’t need before I can regain access to the tool I paid for.

Used this tool for some time - wasted money and that's it. Poor functionality, constantly failed payment procedures, low-quality content. I am very disappointed. Plus their customer support is awful - they say they have a live chat on the website, but it is not the live chat - you just send them an email and wait until they wake up to answer you six hours later. If they answer at all.

I have been using Ranktracker since their LTD launch and so far so good. I check not only my and my client's websites, but also competitors. I like to watch how the competitors' position moves against me. I also use it for keyword finder, SERP Checker, etc. A tool that helps a lot on many aspects of the websites.

They blocked AppSumo users from accessing the app. We paid for it and now it is gone. Also, once they said, we would get free keywords for leaving a review on Capterra, but they never gave me the promised keywords for my review...
