Popsy

These guys abruptly shut down their original product (Popsy.co - a Notion website builder) without giving users any notice and stopped responding to their DMs or inbox. Hundreds of Popsy websites have been down for months now. I've tried reaching the founders privately by DM and email to no avail. There was no advanced notice or migration instructions, and there's no way to contact support outside of Twitter DMs. I don't how Popsy expects people to trust in what you're building next, when you've left hundreds of existing users hanging with dead websites. So far, this has not been the kind of experience I expect from a Y Combinator backed company. Update (July 2025): The geniuses at Popsy let their domain (popsy.site) expire, so now everyone who built a site with Popsy.co is redirecting their visitors to pop-under spam ads.
