I'm a big fan of apps that have ambitions to improve the life I lead when I'm not looking at a screen. Folsom has already helped facilitate deeper reflection from me about my emotions, and—more importantly—better conversations with my friends about how we really feel. Most social media is ultimately about following trends, being snarky, and adopting the right posture to guarantee popularity. Folsom is focused on meaningful, honest, and rewarding interactions, and they've found impressive ways to use technology to make that happen.

Fantastic app that redefines what bite-size connection can look like -- a platform and safe space for sharing our authentic selves with those we trust. It has helped me be more intentional, consistent, and structured in my approach to self care and sharing with others (and recording for myself!). I wish more would use this app!

Exactly the concept today's social media landscape needs - focus on scaling empathy, deepening close relationships, and facilitating introspection. The world would be a better place if we all engaged w products like Folsom regularly. So excited for what's ahead for the Folsom team!
