Recently ended a call with a representative from the company. I am sharing my fresh impressions. I was shown the internal and client platform. In my opinion, the coolest thing for the team to work on is the built-in ChaGPT for content generation. For example, the AI will come up with the email subject line and content, and can also be useful for new ideas in PR (for my PR agency it's a cool thing). Of particular interest is the client portal - it looks like a separate site for your client, where they will only see the results and progress of your work (without the inner kitchen). The only thing I found strange was the cost of services. It is listed per 1 employee and then multiplied by the whole team. I thought it was the cost per whole team. Perhaps this is just my subjective opinion. Good luck to the guys. We will try to use the product.
Think of it as Notion, but tailored for Professional Services: Project management, knowledge management, and content repository, all seamlessly integrated.
I've tried the app, and I want to highlight a few advantages that might be important for someone: Easy to set up and customize portals Integrated AI is great Advanced task management UX could still be improved, but the team looks promising so I'd wait for it to be way better very soon.
FuseBase has become an indispensable tool for our daily workflow. The platform blends project management, collaboration, and content organisation, making it much easier to keep everything in one place!. I love the client portal; it makes managing communications, sharing files, and tracking progress easy, without the hassle of endless emails. The user interface is clean and intuitive, which makes onboarding a breeze. I also appreciate the flexibility of the document builder, allowing me to create notes and documents ease via Google integration. Since using FuseBase, my projects have been more organised, and collaboration with clients and colleagues has improved significantly. Whether you’re looking to manage tasks, share knowledge, or streamline client interactions, FuseBase is a reliable and powerful choice. Highly recommended!
Really impressed by how seamlessly everything comes together—docs, tasks, wikis, and client portals all in one clean, intuitive space. What stood out most was how effortless it felt to keep internal work structured while still presenting a polished experience externally. It’s rare to find something this flexible that doesn’t feel bloated or overwhelming. The speed, simplicity, and attention to user experience are spot on. Still hoping to see deeper integrations in the future, but as it stands, this is one of the most thoughtfully designed workspaces I’ve come across. A game-changer for anyone working with clients.
I have been using Nimbus/Fusebase for a while now, to organise my notes, my screenshots, my thoughts, my ideas, my code, share content with my team or clients. Fusebase is super clear, simple, easy to use, great platform, super convenient for project management & collaboration.
⚡FuseBase feels like a serious upgrade from traditional productivity tools. The built-in AI agents are a game-changer for cutting out repetitive tasks. Would love to see tighter integrations with Slack or Teams for seamless communication! 💬🚀
Incredibly useful tool and my go to app for portals and project management. Loving the FuseBase agent for Chrome. Saved many hours of work with this app alone!
Average at best. Use it for a couple months. They have AI but the basics don't work well. They have thrown everything but the kitchen sink in this product and it does NONE of them well. Try to get support ? forget it. When they do reply ? they just say no we don't do this. Try to even contact them since they rebranded it ? Impossible. Tool still has to this day/moment a Help | Submit Bug which leads to a web page that comes up "Insufficient privileges" and has since they changed the name cause Nimbus is famous for bad. This way to avoid getting feedback was pointed out to them months ago. They do nothing. This product space is a mess and this is amongst the worst products in the space I've encountered. Almost bad enough to send me back to Evernote which is a frightening idea.
Nimbus Note has drastically gone downhill. Unfortunately, the quality of the app degraded rapidly in the month after I renewed my annual subscription. I'm at the latest version on a new MacBook pro and the app does not load correctly most times. I have to restart multiple times after any reboot. It took weeks for the account to sync and see that I had a membership. Customer support is inadequate. And now they display advertisements in the lower right corner even after you upgrade. They wanted a review on Product Hunt so here it is. (by the way it's easy to tell that a lot of the recent five star reviews were paid or incentivized)
I have been using Nimbus, now FuseBase for many years. Best alternative to Evernote ever (Sync is more stable, editor functionality is great, and history of notes) Convinced already my colleagues and employees to move here. Usability and collaboration features just rock, specially now with portals. Please don't postpone mobile app improvements) It is already working great, but maybe AI and other cool features could be added ;) (Didn't see that in roadmap) Also I keep all my personal notes there, search is great and tagging system works(fist time for me ever) Thank you guys for such a great product!
I was a big fan of Nimbus and at first was not sure about this newer platform, but gave it a try and now FuseBase has replaced at least 4 tools i use in my daily workflows. FuseBase is awesome! The added AI feature helps in my note taking and brainstorming. The client portals are so helpful, and using many as knowledge bases to help with support. FuseBase support has been fast to respond and helpful. The FB team is constantly adding updates to the platform. It keeps getting better and better everyday. Highly recommend!
