I work in the cybersecurity domain and one annoying problem we often face during our pentests is that it is hard to remember how a bug/finding can be reproduced. Zipy has made life much simpler for us because we can now easily get the exact steps we took that led to the bug being generated in the first instance itself and can also get valuable tracking information about the same. It is quite innovative and highly useful for the entire cybersecurity and software development community. This is a much needed solution. As we continue to grow and code base expands, it gets harder to track & debug issues. It's super helpful to have zipy in such scenarios. In addition, our support and product teams get a lot of value out of understanding how customers use the product.
