On Air Parking

I tried using On-Air Parking for the first time the last week when my nine y/o daughter and I were trying to fly to Florida to visit for a family wedding. We were going to fly out of Cleveland Hopkins Airport and so I called On-Air Parking to confirm that the facility that I would be parking my vehicle at had a shuttle to the airport and to make sure it ran (24x7), as my return flight was early in the morning. The representative assured me, that was the case and so I booked with them. After arriving to the designated parking facility, the attendant informed me that in fact the shuttle was broken down. At that point I asked if he could call me a cab and he said they won't show up if he does. That made me concerned that if I would call a Taxi, Uber, or Lift, they would not show up in a reasonable amount of time which would cause unneeded delays. So, I decided that my best option was to get back into my vehicle and pay the premium fees at the airport parking (which was what I was trying to avoid in the first place). I feel that if I had known that the shuttle was not available before making the reservation, I could have chosen a different remote location and avoided paying for airport parking. Please let me know if my thinking is wrong, but I feel On-Air Parking is responsible for the difference that I ended up paying for the higher priced parking and possibly more for the hassle and extra time / gas it took to find the parking location and then drive back to the main road.

DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR WITH ON AIR I parked my car with them for 7 days when I returned the window was broken and it had rained in my vehicle for a number of days. They assured me at the site the lot was secure with 30 min rounds by security. No one noticed my car was broken in to and no one told me. I doubt any one is really watching your car with them. The lot doesn't want to reimburse for the window and on-air won't answer or return phone calls.

Before each flight, I get a quote from 2 offsite airport parking lots and sometimes the other lot costs less, so I book with them, but half the time I book with On Air Parking. They have a shuttle ready for me to board when I park, and days later I had zero wait time for the shuttle upon my arrival back home. Denver's On Air Parking is great and I have been using this site since 2020.

While pricing was good, upon returning to Houston, I had to wait at least 20 minutes for pickup to return to my vehicle. There were several of the competing vans arriving back to back and I had to actually call to inquire about the next pickup. That was not good! Otherwise the service worked with my budget, but now I am wondering is this why it was so cheap?? Slow service?

The service was excellent—great prices and impressively fast in finding us a good rate. The parking experience at IAH Airport was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Upon our return, they even gave a rose to both my daughter and me, which was such a thoughtful and kind gesture.

Very bad Service, the worst service in the world, going to the airport it was snowing and the receptionist told me to park the car at the end of the parking and running back to the Van, but the driver told me there is no place in the Van and it was a delay for one hour. Going back from the Airport, the driver didn't come and after one Hour waiting, I got a taxi and pay more than the parking cost

I have had nothing but good experiences using on air parking. From the use of the app, to the prices, to the exact location sent to me via text message and my QR code, to the parking and the shuttle to the airport. I highly recommend the service to anyone needing to park at the airport.
