It has an amazing ability to aggregate all the messages you receive from your users or customers (app store reviews, emails, zen desk, social media) and convert that feedback from qualitative into quantitative. Give gives you incredible results like top 10 things people love/hate, top features, areas of focus. Before Anecdote, we used to export all that data and hire someone to classify the feedback to turn it into actionable steps. That's now all done automatically. Like everyone else, we've been captivated by the power of AI and Anecdote is the perfect example of AI being used to help businesses better understand what their customers want and need.
