The integration with Zapier is a nice touch, as it allows users to automate tasks and save time on administrative work. I also like the fact that CLAAP 2.0 offers both project management and communication features, which can help streamline workflows and keep everyone on the same page. Overall, CLAAP 2.0 seems like a valuable tool for anyone looking to streamline their project management and client communication workflows. I'm excited to see how it will be used and how it will continue to evolve in the future.
Super cool product, use it all the time and very impressed by how it helps cut down on meetings big time, but also structure feedback. Long gone are the days of non-stop chatting during meetings without much getting done afterward as no one remembers what happened or who's supposed to do what 😅 . Can't wait to test the new meeting recorder and get anyone to easily take part in the discussion with your interactive features. ps - loved the video, totally a supporter of stopping the silly fights about meeting or no meeting preferences 😅
Claap 2.0 meets my expectation for video marketing. Screen Recording-8/10 meeting recording-7/10 Video Wiki- 9/10 Congrats on the launch! Claap is getting better and better everyday, it's amazing to watch and a pleasure to use!
Hey there! I just wanted to share my experience with Claap 2.0 and highly recommend it to any company looking to improve communication and collaboration between their product and engineering teams. Claap's video feature has been a game-changer for us, providing engineers with more context for identifying and fixing bugs correctly. Now, with built-in transcripts, it's even easier to search for and review important information. Additionally, we love that we can embed Claap videos in our Notion pages, making it even more convenient to access and share. Claap also simplifies the QA approval process by providing a centralized platform for logging approvals. This feature saves us time and ensures that all team members are on the same page. Overall, Claap 2.0 has been an essential tool for increasing our team's productivity and collaboration. Its user-friendly interface, video feature with built-in transcripts, and embedding capability have simplified communication and streamlined our QA process. We just love it! Kudos to the Claap team 😍!
Great tool, stellar team. They ve managed to beat loom in slightly more than than a year, just imagine where they will be in 2024 🌘 !! What I love : Google sso, efficient onboarding guides, video selection feature, video speed up feature (had never used it before in loom… because I had not been properly onboarded ), comments very visible in the right panel What I miss or would improve : answer with a video (“discussion” or thread feature)… to beat loom ! And give anonymous user a way to leave their name (so that you don’t only receive anonymous view notifs)
We decided to use Claap across different teams at Luko (finance, people, risks, compliance, impact...) with various use cases from the review of travel expenses to the introduction to strategic topics (to help leaders prepare for important meetings). Claap is intuitive to use and the team adopted it easily. In our asynchronous culture, it fitted very well ! it's a facilitator for complex topics (voice over are key) and it's making our routines more efficient. We keep exploring new use cases because we know we can make a lot out of Claap, even more so than we evolve in a regulated environment and it's critical we keep track of our decision-making processes. We tried a couple tools before, and the team never got onboard... I'm glad that we finally found the right one. It's game changer in our daily organization.
I am extremely frustrated and deeply concerned about this software. I never signed up for the service, yet simply looking into their system caused their recording function to activate automatically during all of my meetings. I contacted their team three separate times, and was assured by a representative that everything had been deleted from their system and that the issue would not occur again. Despite this, the tool started up once more during an important business meeting, forcing me to close the session. Even worse, their system sent an email to every single participant in my meeting without my consent. This is completely unacceptable, an invasion of privacy, and a potential violation of data protection regulations (GDPR). This software is not only unreliable but also poses a serious risk to business operations and data security. If you value your privacy and the confidentiality of your meetings, I strongly recommend avoiding this tool altogether.
Great tool! I've been using it for more than a year now and it's definitely a game changer in team collaboration. We estimate that our meetings have decreased by 30% but also the quality of the meetings has increased, since we only meet when it's really necessary. Also, the push for adoption within my company was very easy because the tool quickly became viral internally (strong signal of PMF).
I use Claap a lot and have been a relief: things that took ages to explain or documentate became a 5 minute video (or several). Ideal to test issues with development teams or to explain a process to someone new (and avoid explaining it 5 times). Very useful if you work with different timezones.
I have been using claap for a while now with our team @libeo_io (~ 100 people) and it has transformed our daily interaction leading to less meeting and more general efficient. "Claap it" is now a daily word in the organisation. Claap team are moving at an incredible speed , which makes the product even better on a monthly basis. With 2.0 It can now replace many other tools in our organisation, alongside core product like gsuite, notion or slack.
I've been using claap for a few months now. My company has a lot of remote worker and it makes it so easy to sync on different topics, progress on issues without typing long emails that are at risks of not being clear. Whenever I need to explain something to someone who isn't next to me, instead of typing a long email I just record a quick claap. Much clearer, much faster. Truly a game changer in the way I work
Hey Hunters, I have been using Claap for months and it has completely changed the way we work with my team while drastically improved our productivity working async. We use it for daily debriefings, onboardings in the team and to record our coaching sessions. Can't wait to see what's coming next 🤩
