I have been using HeyHelp from it's moment of launch. In today's email world, the HeyHelp automatic tagging works really well for me and saves me a bunch of time > pre-tagging what can be set aside, what needs to be answered and what needs to be done immediately. And, then > AI comes with draft replies for those emails that are waiting to be answered and are tagged accordingly. This saves me something like 50% of my email writing these last months. I was comparing it to Canary Mail (where you instruct Copilot how to answer an email). In HeyHelp, the reply already has been drafted, including a number of lines of suggestions in brackets, on how you could move it forward. Replies are drafted via the language settings of Gmail, which is really helpful, being bilingual myself. Once you drag a tagged email on top of another tag, a number of automated things happen: either it moves to "Waiting for reply" or it's moved to "Resolved" and stuff like that. While the tagging of needs to be done, or an I draft is taken off. Overall, I'm very happy with the program. Peter Wierenga
I’ve tried other email assistants before, including Fyxer, but HeyHelp is on a completely different level. With Fyxer, the tag colors all seemed to blend together, which made it hard to tell what needed my attention. HeyHelp’s color-coded tags are crystal clear...when I see bright red for Action Required, I know it’s time to get moving. I can also instantly spot the difference between FYI and Notification emails without even opening them. The AutoArchive feature is another game-changer. Low-priority emails like marketing or news get swept into their own folders so my inbox stays clean, but they’re still there if I want to skim them later. And the smart reply feature, tuned to my preferred communication styles, makes responding effortless. Setup was refreshingly simple, too. Instead of dozens of overwhelming settings like Fyxer, HeyHelp keeps it straightforward and intuitive. It’s made checking my email a smooth, stress-free part of my day...something I never thought I’d say.
I’ve been using HeyHelp for a bit now and honestly, it just makes life easier. The Auto Draft replies save a ton of time, and the Auto-Tagging and archiving keep everything organized without me lifting a finger. It all feels super intuitive—like the system just knows what I need and when I need it. I’ve already noticed the AI getting smarter the more I use it, which is pretty exciting. Really glad I stumbled across HeyHelp, it’s quickly becoming one of those tools I don’t want to work without.
Hey Help is great! Funny experience though, I've been sending media pitches and ended up on the receiving end of Hey Helps feature "→ Blocks cold pitches + follow-ups politely." it certainly was polite - hopefully journalists using this know how to work with it to still receive pitches if they'd like. Thanks Duda!
HeyHelp AI has completely transformed my inbox! Now I can easily see which emails to prioritize thanks to the smart labels. Everything is so much more organized, and the auto-drafting feature saves me tons of time, I just review the emails before sending. No more typing everything from scratch!
I have been using HeyHelp since a couple of months and absolutely love it. It has saves me so much time and I have been at Inbox Zero for the first time in my life and feel so much in control. Thank you Duda and team. Keep it up!
