Innago powers our entire billing and maintenance infrastructure for our commercial building. The service is reliable, the fees are reasonable, and their support has been responsive, the few times we've reached out. Would recommend their service to other property owners/managers. Prior to using Innago, we processed this information manually over email and payments via Zelle or check. As a result, we lacked the reporting that Innago provides out of the box, which has been helpful. Now, we're able to manage these processes remotely and keep our small team aware of any issues on a real-time basis.
I have really been enjoying using Innago for my first time being a landlord. I have had a few minor hiccups with finding out how to do certain things that I do believe processes could be streamlined for. One example is adding a bank account, and once you add a bank account you then have to go elsewhere to assign it to the specific property. I believe this could be easier and part of adding the bank account to your Innago account. Otherwise, my tenant (62) is finding it easy to use from application to rent payment and I am very happy with it.

My old property management software started raising their monthly fees recently so I started to look for a replacement. I'm glad I found Innago. The website and the app are easy to use and there's detailed instructions on creating a lease template. The interface isn't as polished as the more expensive product but the functionality is all there. I was able to find everything I needed. The value I gained is tremendous. I'm a happy user.
Did a google search, was a good product at a low price
Innago has made managing my property so much easier. It solves the biggest headaches like chasing rent, keeping leases organized, handling maintenance requests, and staying in touch with tenants. The interface is simple, and the mobile app makes it easy to manage everything on the go. A huge time-saver and highly recommended!
I have been using Innago for almost two years now and its been a huge help. I'm a real estate investor who likes to manage my own properties. Innago has taken the burden of managing the properties completely off the table.
Love the ease of use. I'm able to collect rent from my tenants, assign any late fees, tenants are able to request maintenance tickets and list my property to multiple syndications.
