For me, InstaText has been a life changer. It’s way more than a writing and editing tool. It’s an experience. InstaText doesn’t have a multitude of functions, and that’s the beauty of it. It only does what it claims to do, and that’s to help you write more like a native speaker. And it does that in the best possible way. The beauty of this tool is also that it doesn’t replace a human editor, although I can say it’s over 95% accurate. It doesn’t rob you of the joy of coming up with ideas and putting them into words. It just helps you write more confidently, easily, and quickly. I have been using InstaText daily for two years, and I highly recommend it as it serves multiple purposes. Not only does it edit your texts and make them sound like they were written by a native speaker, but it also helps you improve your writing skills over time if you pay attention to its suggestions given to the user in an interactive style. Also, the edits are not AI-generated because InstaText uses advanced language technologies, but not generative AI. This makes it suitable for contexts where original content is required. The language settings allow you to customize the editing experience, and it has an advanced personal dictionary. InstaText also does not store your text, protecting your privacy.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with InstaText has been frustrating enough to warrant one. I signed up hoping for a powerful editing tool to improve my writing, but what I got was a clunky interface, underwhelming suggestions, and zero value for the price. The grammar and style corrections are often awkward, repetitive, or flat-out incorrect. Instead of enhancing clarity or fluency, many edits distorted the original meaning or added fluff. It felt like the tool was trying to rewrite everything just for the sake of it, not because it improved the text. To make things worse, customer service is almost nonexistent. I reached out about a billing issue and never got a meaningful response. After multiple attempts, I gave up and disputed the charge. There are plenty of free or cheaper alternatives that do a much better job than Grammarly, DeepL Write, and even Google Docs suggestions outperform InstaText in accuracy and usability. Very basic, wouldn't recommend for first-language English speakers. On top of that, I have been overcharged (amount on invoice does not match amount taken from my account) and they're refusing to issue a refund afer just 24 hours of purchase. Customer support is utterly awful and rude. I just want my money back at this point. Most expensive mistake I've made this year.
