I desperately wanted a way to show how our digital and print campaigns were converting. With mailers, it's nearly impossible to see how your expensive mailing led people to take the desired call to action. The ease of implementation and operation of Bit.ly allowed us to use QR codes to analyze content access metrics, and thus provide feedback to the sales team. The shorten links make posting to social media more effect. I love that I can see the click rates and gauge when/how potential customers are viewing my listings!
