Moonlight

I'm highly confused whether this is a real product. I filled out a profile coming up on 3 weeks ago. I've heard nothing since. I filled out all of the information, uploaded a resume and so on. I'm a highly experienced, serious software developer looking for work so again, I'm just confused why they haven't lifted a finger to review and approve my application. And, yes I reached out to them and asked if this was normal or if there was anything I could do. Did they get back to me "usually within a few hours" as promised? Nope. Haven't heard anything in a week. As far as I'm concerned, they don't offer any services.
