Unethical Billing Practices and Poor Customer Support I’m extremely disappointed with PDFGuru’s customer service. Despite requesting a refund for an unauthorized charge, they refused, hiding behind rigid refund policies. I only intended to use the service once and contacted them promptly, but they showed no flexibility or genuine effort to resolve my concerns. This lack of consideration for customers is unacceptable. I won’t use PDFGuru again and caution others against subscribing unless you’re okay with unexpected charges and unhelpful support. Customer satisfaction clearly isn’t their priority.

i tryed many pdf tools last year, but pdfguru kinda best cuz super easy) mostly i use it to compress big design files b4 emailing.. quality stays almost same, which is nice only downside - if file too huge, sometimes gotta upload 2nd time, but still works good after
I use pdf guru mostly for merging few reports in 1 file. Damn, its kinda fast, no need that heavy stupid soft on comp. Interface realy simple, even dumbass like me figure it out in 2 mins LOL. Saved me bunch of time, srsly.
