I would strongly disrecommend Pippit. We bought subscription, support has not provided us the invoice (despite many e-mails), after 8 days our monthly subscription stopped working! Support does not do anything with it. We send many mails, tried to contact via Discord and nothing. Software itself is good but the support is horrible!
Unstable tool, images most of the times cant be uploaded without a reason, there is no customer service, when things dont work. They are releasing changes without notifing users, I have lost access to the tool and I thought I was banned, when I get the access back, it said all day that my Windows 11 Laptop is not supported. I bought the licence to use the tool back when it was CapCut eCommece, but now they are strippong down everything, and asking for more money than before without extra features, well there is less than before. Not recommend if you are enterprice user, it is not worth the headache and stress if one day you cant use the tool you rely and paid for.
