Worst company ever!!!! There customer service is none exsistant as well as not helpful at all. If i could give them no stars I would without a doubt. Their lights would always stay stuck on off or on, which have to then be reseted. I have had to call in work orders so many times that i have learned how to reset it myself. The water sensor goes off without any water around and the door lock works when it wants to. The hub will disconnect several times a day and sometimes takes a really long time to come back on. I really wish my apartment complex would have used a different company then this one. Please apartment or landlords do us a favor and research them companies that yall will charge yalls residents for.
