I had a disappointing experience with this product. The heavily marketed 3D AI features fell short of expectations - the rendering was inconsistent, often producing distorted results in basic elements such as an eye that did not appear as a sphere. What really frustrated me was the subscription cancellation process. Instead of having a straightforward "Cancel" button in the account settings, I had to navigate through multiple buried menus and confirmation screens. It felt deliberately designed to be confusing and time-consuming. I eventually figured it out but it shouldn't be this complicated to end a subscription.

Their billing and customer support is a bit off. They don't send reminder emails when subscriptions are to be renewed which makes it impossible to cancel or pause your subscription in time. They sort of try to lock you in by claiming that you should have cancelled before the renewal. If they want to follow that billing practice, where they count on subscribers to forget to cancel, they should probably do it in a way where if people completely forget, they don't need to care, but if someone does, they should issue a refund. Especially since they conveniently ignore support emails for a month.

Best 3D design tool for beginners. Very easy to learn and can also create simple games with no coding required. Definitely recommend for people who want to learn 3D modelling as you can find tutorials on YouTube by Spline. They will teach you how to use the tool by creating different 3D objects whether simple or complex. They are constantly updating the tool with more exciting features added with every major update.

Spline makes creating 3D designs such a breeze, it's actually fun to quickly whip up some assets to fill out a website. Friends and family that have seen the models I created are amazed and assume I had to have used enterprise software. In short Spline is just great!

It's beautifully designed to guide and encourage both beginners and proficient 3D artists to create and expand their skill set. Great library of tutorials and library assets that are continuously added to.

I love how easy it is to get things done in spline. Still a drastic learning curve for non 3D folk. They have some good tutorials, but they are way too fast for a beginner to keep up with and way to basic for an advanced user to find interesting.

This is a great tool, easy to use...you can create really pretty things.
