Twos

I’ve been on the hunt for the right to-do app for a long time—tried everything from Notion (too complex) to Google Tasks (too simple) to my phone’s native Reminders app, but nothing quite clicked. Then I stumbled across Twos, and I immediately loved it. It’s super user-friendly, simple yet powerful, and actually helps me stay on track with different tasks. Whether I’m jotting down quick notes during a meeting or organizing my day, it just works without friction. I know there are tons of productivity apps out there, but after testing so many, this one stuck with me. If you’re still searching for your perfect task manager, Twos is definitely worth trying!

When I initially discovered Twos, I wasn't impressed. This was more so due to my lack of understanding and due diligence. Over time, I kept returning back to the app and gradually started to learn it's functionality. I then understood how much I underestimated it in the beginning. It has now become my go-to app for jotting down: thoughts, ideas, quick to-dos, brain dumps, refined lists, etc. I LOVE the ability to tag (#) my 'Things' for convenient tracking and reference. Most productivity apps I use lack this feature. I used to use Windows notepad for jotting things down, but now I use Twos. And creating lists is such a great feature! Some example ideas: bookmarks for sites you discovered in a particular month, brain dumping, shopping lists, TV show/movie tracker, etc. The 'list' is endless. I wish the creator(s) much success and continued growth. Twos has now become an indispensable productivity tool I use on a daily basis!

I have been using TWOs for the past 3 weeks. I always prefer apps with cross platform support and Twos is a perfect medium for me. Baller always listens to your suggestions, bug reports, and try to resolve in immediate release. Twos is not like any other to do apps out there ( I have tested so many apps and was a beta tester for many of them). Things and twos world are the game changer. Above all, twos is free in all platform(no ads❤️), premium features can be unlocked with twos coins, which you can get by completing tasks.

Two's is a beautiful app, a really beautiful app. It feels like it has a soul. Simple to get going and keep productivity simple, like the way it should be. Too many productivity apps are in some kind of race to be bigger, better more complex than the other but not Twos it just is its own unique thing. Sort of like a bullet journal if you want it to be that is, but it doesn't have to be its really up to you. I have tried so many products in the past. I run a not for profit and have many different projects from community art and storywork to personal development and therapy. I juggle lots of things and Twos is helping me simplify my work and not overcomplicate with soulless systems and complex formulas. I just make lists of things and I can move them around and add them to other lists, I think what I think is different about Two's really is that my workflow is as organic as my life rather than me trying to fit my life into my workflow. The community is healthy and lovely, the team even more so. So many good things coming down the pipeline and they really do listen to their audience. A friendly app set in a friendly place full of friendly people. For me it is the best companion to my Logseq. One for doing things the other for deep research and thinking. Oh, I forgot to add its totally free no paywall, limitations, or anything. Beautiful and free on the desktop. I stumbled upon Twos about ten months ago, and it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that it has been a game-changer for me. As someone who used to be terribly disorganized and often struggled to keep track of tasks, to-do lists, and even precious memories, Twos has been my lifeline! Before using this app, I used to scribble down my to-do lists on random pieces of paper, sticky notes, and even my phone's notes app. It was a chaotic mess. Twos, with its simple and intuitive interface, allows me to create and manage tasks effortlessly. I can quickly jot down tasks as they come to mind, set due dates, and organize them into categories. This has made a world of difference in my productivity and overall peace of mind. Another feature of Twos that I absolutely adore is the reminder function. I used to forget important appointments and deadlines regularly, but not anymore. With Twos, I can set timely reminders for tasks, events, and even birthdays Twos has also become my digital diary. I love how I can capture precious memories, thoughts, and experiences effortlessly. Whether it's a funny joke I heard during a lunch break or a heartwarming moment with my family, I can quickly create a *thing* in Twos to document it. The ability to attach photos, links, or simply jot down my thoughts makes it easy to relive those moments whenever I want! Finally, what sets Twos apart from other apps I've tried is its shareability feature. I've used it to share recipes and collaborative to-do lists with my partner, and even notes for university group projects. It's an excellent way to connect with others and work together on various projects In summary, Twos has been a lifesaver for me. It has turned a once-chaotic existence into a well-organized and productive life. Does everything and does it better. Twos is less about inventing a completely new field and more about combining productivity options and tools in one clear, easily-navigated format. All the list-making, note-taking, calendar-scheduling necessities are there. Everything is easy to collaborate on with others. Things can be shared publicly (you can essentially make it your blog), or kept private. You can tag things, file things, move things, everything is super easy. The interface is simple, clear, and navigable. The phone app is as sleek as the browser version. I highly recommend Twos for personal use, group use, company use. It's been terrific.

I have always dreamed of having a recording tool like this. I have been wanting to achieve the following functions: 1. Start recording directly into the content of the current day. 2. Implement features similar to bullet journaling. 3. Quickly extract notes of the same type from different dates, such as to-do lists. 4. Sync across multiple devices. Although I have also used logseq to achieve these functions, I always feel that they are not perfect. For example, the types of bullet journaling are not implemented in an ideal way, and implementing to-do lists can be a bit complicated. The synchronization across multiple devices has also been a bit problematic. Finally, Twos has implemented these functions that I desire the most, and it has exceeded my expectations.

When I discovered Twos, I was skeptical because my new life hobby seemed to be trying different note-taking and task apps. While that can be fun in a weird way, I have a lot to accomplish, and my tools were getting in may instead of helping me. I downloaded Twos, and then a couple of weeks later, I realized that I wasn't using any other tool. As a matter of fact, the only other tool that I use now is a document app for long-form writing. AND to be honest, I tend to do most of my short writing in Twos now. Over the years, I have paid for ALL of the apps and courses associated with them. Twos is all that I need. Oh if anyone is curious, it works great for PARA and Second Brain.

I use Twos daily...frequently, every day. After months of use I've got 16 dedicated lists, from my air purifier maintenance schedule to my list of people to pray for daily. My "Daily Routine" list is absolutely essential for me, keeping on track, remembering things that I've boiled down to daily essentials, my top priorities to get done, if time or circumstance prevents me from tackling any other chores or projects. I so appreciate the simplicity and security that allows quick additions and changes to my lists...and especially the "reset daily" feature. Genius! Thank you, Parker, for being such a support to me personally as I learned how Twos can be a genuine help in an increasingly overwhelming world. I appreciate your reaching out to me, and your quick and helpful responses to questions and suggestions. Something I wish could be improved? That's a hard one, I'm so satisfied with this application. Perhaps it would be helpful for me to mention a couple of current features that I haven't found a good reason to use: Tags and Stars. It's an amazing app and I use it every day. I'm a realtor in Jacksonville, FL and have "lists" for each property I'm working on, each customer I'm working with and the important dates in the transaction. I also use it to quickly capture dates of upcoming events that I get in emails. The new siri feature is the BOMB! Being able to say "hey siri, remember something" when I'm in the car is so great. Just yesterday, I asked siri to "remember" the name and number of a gutter company (the gutter truck was in front of me) and then I MOVED it to my vendor list when I got back to my laptop. MOVE is another amazing feature. Jot down anything, anywhere and then MOVE it where it needs to be when you have more time. Truly.....I can't say enough about this great app - Bravo!
