You guys need a better designer to create the mobile web app onboarding journey. It's one of the most terrible experiences I've had, and it completely blocks new users from joining the platform. I am thinking about giving up on every step.
The app itself is excellent! Both novice and seasoned English learners benefit tremendously! However, their tech support is very sluggish in responding to my request for login assistance :) It's been 4 days without getting any response from them.
