We've been using Crew for ~1 year now and it's been a game-changer. For early-stage startups, options like Greenhouse and other ATS are way too complicated (and expensive). Previously we used Notion, which I'm sure is used by a ton of other startups but lacks the specificity. Crew was unbelievably easy to set up and get going and has taken (most of) the pain out of hiring. When team members are interviewing a candidate and I invite them to Crew, they don't even need an onboarding – that's how user friendly it is.
Probably the best addition to recruiting productivity since a very long time — this is every company's struggle and I don't understand why we've waited so long for such a product. We need this, thanks for making it happen!
