Above all, the customer service and live chat experience is second to none; and their inhouse tech support regarding integrations with external services ( such as payment processors and affiliate programs ) is first-class and always helpful.
I created an account with launchpass to monetize my discord and thought my account was just another subscription I'd be paying, without any human contact. It seems like any new tech company doesn't even have an 800 number. LAUNCHPASS is the total opposite. Not only did i get to monetize my discord, but I got a personal rep to assist with any complications I had/have. A little about my experience, I had a google meet scheduled with Danny yesterday and he was amazing! Throughout the entire appointment, he was well-versed, knowledgeable, and had an answer for the very many questions I had asked. Danny had great tips about other sites integrated with launchpass like stripe and discord. 25/5 stars! I had questions the following day and he was immediately responsive. I wish every company had a Danny and offered a similar experience!
A great platform with a team dedicated to making their product better and continuously improving. The customer service provided by the team is also excellent. I’ve been with LaunchPass for almost a year now and I have to say I’m blown away by the professionalism and customer service provided by the LaunchPass staff. They go out of their way provide top tier support such as responding within minutes, finding solutions with minimal delays and taking feedback from their customers. I have been using LaunchPass since they first started, my experience has been nothing but amazing with them! I have had anywhere from 20 to 1000 different subscribers and LaunchPass managed everything perfectly and flawless. If you run any type of business with reoccurring subs and have dealt with the frustration of removing and adding members yourself you need LaunchPass asap. Any questions or support I needed was always responded to within minutes, my business grew exponentially after teaming up with them, absolutely love LaunchPass and their team!!!

I had to use launchpass a few months ago for a subscription. After canceling the subscription, it was renewed for some reason. Now I'm trying to get my money back. The launchpass support is less than helpful; It's just an AI that tells me I have to get my money back from the service that I'm subscribed to for some reason. Worst service ever.
It was incredibly quick and easy to set up premium chat rooms with LaunchPass. It only took a few minutes to create a fully functioning system complete with product pages, payment options, payment processing, and welcome emails! 10/10 value!
