Love this! It not only covers the entire lifecycle of customer feedback, but also supports the Customer Success, Support/Technical, and Product teams. It would be great to see an option where templates or AI prompts help create the story behind a feature request. Even better, maybe include suggested questions we can ask during customer conversations, so we're not just taking notes, but acting as the first filter for meaningful feature requests.
