I've been using Usermaven for about a month and am very happy with it. Like Waqar says in his note, he built it because the other tools are too complicated to set up. This is especially true for an early stage startup that hasn't hit PMF yet. Usermaven is easy-to-setup and easy-to-use. It gives useful reports with minimal configuration. Best of all, for me, it supports both and allows me to separate reports for https://clockk.com (our public, marketing site) and https://app.clockk.com (our actual app). Most tools just blur these together and make reporting on them individually really hard. I look forward to expanding my use of Usermaven.
Quick background on my tech stack, Segment.io & Heap (Our Web + Product analytics tool currently). We've been using Heap for sometime now, and always on the lookout for alternatives. I checked out the demo, somethings I loved - the pixel whitelabelling that bypasses ad blockers, coherent view of web + products, the attribution modelling! Also, great backlink hack via the Badge program - definitely a PLG hack that's worked. Overall I think I check this product out with my product growth team! Congrats @waq_azeem on the launch, and all the best!
Such a game changing tool. I've been very lucky to be its early adopter. Its ease of use is something which I really like. Great team. They're shipping new feature every month. Keep making it more awesome!
UserMaven: Making GA4 look like a 100-step Google mystery novel you'd rather not read! @waq_azeem Compliments on building a fun to use, yet comprehensive alternative to GA4. Like many of us I've been struggling with converting multiple websites from Universal Analytics, with former goals and conversions, to the new GA4, where there are no easy options, no migration tools, just the typical 100+ step Google mystery processes to try to get analytics to work. End of rant. So - I love UserMaven - great interface, easy to use, easy to track conversions, button clicks and deep feature set that is well organized. Add to this a super responsive support team (I can't even wrap my head around actually getting a response to analytics related support questions)
Analytics, tracking, user engagement and performance metrics are all essential for my SaaS Reviews, Comparisons and Coupons Marketplace. These indicators will help me to monitor and improve user experience as well as to analyze my marketing efforts. After hearing positive reviews about Usermaven, built by the same team behind ContentStudio, I decided to test it out for myself. It’s very easy to get started with Usermaven. I was able to get everything set up in a couple of minutes with the help of the API credentials. What surprised me the most was integrations and detailed documentation they have - for Google Tag Manager and React.js, to Node.js and Next.js SDK - even Webflow, Shopify, and SquareSpace! Usermaven also has plugins for WordPress and Bubble.io. Usermaven's comprehensive web analytics dashboard shows statistics such as the number of visitors, pageviews, sessions, visit duration, bounce rate, top sources , UTM metrics ,top pages , devices and locations plus keyword based analytics. For SaaS product based platforms, it also tracks users acquisition by channel, user stickiness metrics, most engaged users, features usage, onboarding insights, adoption and retention metrics. It’s quite easy to track visitor journey from their first touch point until they leave your site. Usermaven also has features like segments, funnels analysis. In attribution analysis you can create attribution report for any custom event like signup, bookings and can also add conditions to it. In events section, you will see detailed events captured from your site like page view, page leave, scroll, button click and other user interactions. Other Notable Features : Team Collaboration, Pixel-white-labeling, email reports, multiple currency support, cookie-less tracking, exclude bot traffic, workspaces to manage multiple brands, google search console and have dark mode too! Overall Usermaven is very simple and beginner friendly tool with zero learning curve. After installing the Usermaven tracking on my site, I haven’t faced any issues with Pagespeed Insights score or page loading speed. They also have well documented guides so I never had to contact support for help. Though I got quick reply to one of my queries from the team. From changelog, I can conclude that they are actively developing this product and it’s from one of the most renowned people in SaaS. So I will recommend to check out Usermaven and do give it a try!
Don't underrate this tool at all. Just try it, install it, and use it - and boom, MAGIC. The best thing about Usermaven is the customization options it gives to marketers and product owners. - Goals/conversions tracking (signups, purchases, demo bookings, ecommerce) - Funnels (loved every bit of it) - Auto-captured events (saved hours for me) - Accurate traffic and conversion stats - Incredibly easy interface Thanks a lot for creating Usermaven.
I recently tried Usermaven and I have to say, I am extremely impressed with this analytics tracking tool. One of the standout features for me was the privacy-friendly website analytics. It was so refreshing to use a tool that didn’t compromise on user privacy. But that’s not all - Usermaven also offers product insights specifically tailored for SaaS businesses, which is perfect if you’re looking to improve your product offering. The funnel analysis feature is also incredibly useful for understanding how users are interacting with your site and where they might be dropping off. Another great feature is the marketing attribution tracking, which makes it easy to see which marketing channels are driving the most traffic and conversions for your business. And if you need more detailed insights into user behavior, the user journey tracking feature is a game-changer. But what really sets Usermaven apart is its contacts hub, which serves as a mini CRM. This makes it easy to keep track of all your customer data in one place, without having to juggle multiple tools. And last but not least, Usermaven’s segmentation capabilities are top-notch. It’s easy to create segments based on any criteria you choose, allowing you to target specific groups of users with precision. Overall, I would highly recommend Usermaven to anyone looking for a comprehensive analytics tracking tool with a focus on privacy and powerful features designed specifically for SaaS businesses.
I've been using Usermaven for over 6 months and I am impressed with its simplicity. The tool has replaced GA for us and has met the privacy concerns of our clients. We've also been using other products from the same developer (Content Studio and Replug) for several years and they continuously add new features. Usermaven has been no exception. New features are being added regularly, so it is worth the time to commit and invest in their platforms. I highly recommend it.
I've been using Usermaven, a game-changer for product analytics. It's super easy to use, with no coding required. The accurate tracking and in-depth insights have made my job so much easier. Plus, it covers everything from website analytics to user journeys. If you're looking for a privacy-friendly GA4 alternative, Usermaven is the best choice. Highly recommend! 🚀
I have been using usermaven for the past several months and it's the best tool I've found to provide me with comprehensive analytics without it being difficult to understand. It's the perfect analytics tool both for me and to share with my colleagues and clients. Lots of updates also keep improving the product, and they're always on point.
I think Usermaven is a great addition to my tool stack. It allows me to get a deep dive into the customers intent and am able to better understand any road blocks or areas within my app that customers are not liking or are causing delays. White labeling allows me to get around blockers. I am really glad I found Usermaven.
🌟 I've discovered Usermaven, a game-changing privacy-friendly analytics tool that auto-captures events specifically for SaaS products. 🚀 With its pre-built reports, multi-touch attribution, and cookie-less tracking, my tracking experience has never been simpler and more efficient!
Endorsed by George Charba, my business partner, I signed up for Usermaven a few months back. Surprisingly this tool is easy to set up and provides accurate engagement metrics we really need to make "just right" decisions. Kudos to the team!
