Spocket

More than half my orders are either cancelled or delayed by weeks! I specifically was sourcing products which were listed as shipping from the USA with fast shipping. Out of my first 5 orders, only 1 actually shipped! These orders were from different suppiers so I know it wasn’t single supplier issue. But their customer service consists of automated emails and mo actual service. The supplier ratings must be fake since you can’t read supplier reviews or any data on their actual performance! Also all the 5 star reviews for this company are also fake. If you want your new store to fail, using spocket will do it quickly.

At first Spocket seems like a promising source for domestic drop shipping UNTIL you spend hours going through the products only to realize that most products being offered are POD products that can be created for free through other venues. In the rare event that you end up finding some unique products, usually marked as VIP products, adding to your store and spending a bunch of money in advertisement to promote it, only to be notified a few days later that the product was removed from the seller. Spocket is refusing to refund me for the months i won't be using them because i cancelled the membership as i was unsatisfied with their service. DO NOT waste your time with SPOCKET.

When I was still starting out, I would manually reach out to multiple suppliers to source products for my niche. Just when I was feeling overwhelmed, I came across Spocket. Sure, it has a few quirks, but overall, it's been working out great and I love that it continues to add features that other marketplaces just cannot compete with.
