Hypertype

It's a great tool for me when I'm answering technical questions from customers - I don't have to rely having every detailed info in my head or get distracted when looking up info from another place. It's also nice that I can write emails more efficiently without the need to use use templates. I don't want to use templates, I also want to do other things than writing emails... Hypertype is a great tool for keeping me efficient but still being me. =)

I really want to give a 5 but then I am just a fan boy giving a 5 because, well I am a fan boy. I was able to test a very early version of this product and sit in the office with the team for a week getting deep into their strategy and tech. It is a brilliant elegant solution that has the potential to offer so much power in terms of time savings in writing emails. I give a 4 because the product I used was very early on so I didn't get to see it in its full form. Can't wait to get access to the full production version!

To say that I was impressed is to say nothing! I've been working in sales for more than 10 years now, and I have been constantly in search of a magic instrument that could help me to change the routine of answering emails. Hypertype is awesome! It saves ton of time and energy, and does it in a very simple and elegant manner! The feature with the tone of message is my favourite to play with!

I have had the honor of using this app for the last few months (in Beta) and it’s absolutely great. Saves a lot of time writing responses to emails. The responses are super relevant and can be written in all languages. It’s a must-have app for companies or anyone who writes a lot of emails. Highly recommend! The team has done a great job. Indeed, this is one of the most useful implementations of AI to date. Writing repetitive emails and spending time looking for information in a multitude of places grinds away at a team's motivation. Hypertype relieves the grind and lets teams focus on creating value and consistent energy for your brand.

Really great product! I'm impressed what this company has managed to pull off. The fact that it uses my e-mail history to curate personalised replies is so next level to generic GPT services. Bravo.

Nifty product with pretty good suggestions when writing email, also nice that you can configure an FAQ easily.
