Not as complex to use, easier to understand out of the gate. Great beginner tool. Not outrageous in cost.

I really hate to leave negative reviews because I am a small business owner and I love to see other businesses flourish and do well especially with positive reviews. But I have been waiting patiently for Closely to deliver on their promises and I have been ignored, I only get a response once I email them, nothing proactive on their side. I cant create an account and sync my Linkedin account, Isn't that the basic functionality and starting point of the platform? For the developers to not be able to fix this basic issue makes me very disappointed in Closely and weary of the company. I was promised this issue would take 1-2 days to resolve 3-4 days ago and still no feedback unless I write then. Their general response is: I understand your concern, but our team is doing everything possible to resolve it, I keep our conversation open to inform you as soon as it is resolved. They understand my concern that I can't use the product that I paid for, so I must just wait for how many days?

I've used several LinkedIn automation tools, and so far, Closely has been the best tool for my needs. The signup and user interface is quick and easy. I like the warm-up process to help prevent 'LinkedIn jail.' They have a ton of helpful articles on their blog. The price is affordable and packed with features such as their chrome extension to export profiles from Linkedin search. However, Closely is missing some critical features. -I'd like to see a place where users can request product features. -Missing the ability to see the list of leads in your campaign -No option to remove leads from the campaign -What happens if a lead replies in the campaign before the 1st message is sent? -Missing the feature to block or blacklist companies and people from campaigns -No option to view lead profiles that are in the campaign. -No option to withdraw LinkedIn invites after so many days. -The inability to export profiles from Sales Navigator using the Closely Chrome extension. -The leads in Leads Finder are inaccurate and out of date. I'd like to see more accurate data. UPDATE: the longer I use Closely the buggier the product is. Zero technical or support with issues. It was good in the beginning however too many bugs. Also, my messages are being sent after the lead replies.

Closely Pros: (1) a cloud based tool that mimics human conversations better than others I tried in the past (2) warms up and then keeps tag and track of the LinkedIn limits of daily outreaches when growing (3) scaling via (autopilot) automation and sequences within the ambit of LinkedIn rules (4) ability to send personalized messages - I kind of combine this with my ai writing tool to get some good results (5) Closely interface isn't complicated - easy and intuitive (6) Closely quietly works away in the background - since its cloud based, not a memory intensive app (7) Looking forward to the continuous roadmap being delivered Closely Cons: (1) Not able to relate to their (optional) scraping tool - it could have been better integrated with the automation side of things - or maybe I am yet to discover some hidden feature as they release another update? (2) Not sure if same client can be managed well between two LindkedIn accounts managed by the team (3) Closely could give a quota system to divide up the limits between multiple campaigns. Without this, we can run only one campaign at a time per LinkedIn account

Closely has transformed my LinkedIn outreach. The user-friendly interface and extensive B2B contact database are fantastic. The message templates and Chrome extension for exporting profiles save me a lot of time. While there's room for improvement, the team is constantly updating the platform and their customer support is excellent. Highly recommend for anyone looking to streamline LinkedIn marketing and sales!

Way more accessible and easy to use

I've been using Closely for over a year and I can't imagine a time without it now. I use it for all my LinkedIn outreach, as it saves so much time daily. I haven't used the email outreach side of the platform as yet, but I plan to soon. The team at Closely is always looking to improve the platform, which you don't always find with some of these SaaS platforms. Can't wait to see what the future holds for Closely.
