Simpler to set up

Honestly, my biggest take away from working with chris/adam through the loops trial is that they just get what i'm trying to do. We (Clerk) migrated over from intercom to ortto (formerly autopilot) and are now on loops for our changelogs and outbound email campaigns. The editing experience is much smoother, the quality of support is ridiculously high and the future roadmap plans will enable me to bring a higher level of design and polish to our emails without having to jenga with these archaic tools. Love it so far!

Tried it, to me it just scratches the surface of what I would want from an email marketing provider. The UI/UX is a bit buggy, especially in the editor. There's no undo command so if you delete something by mistake it's just gone. There are no API client packages available, so you have to make HTTP requests for the API. The overall UI is simplistic, a bit overly so in some places, but is nice in contrast to many other providers which feel overwhelming to use. Overall it just doesn't feel as intuitive or useful as most of the other competitors in this space. It seems to just do the basics, which isn't necessarily bad... But it feels a bit flat compared to all the hype built up around this launch.

I bookmarked Loops.so almost a year ago to bootstrap the endless ideas I'm finally getting out the door. Honestly could have setup the waitlist last year. This feels like a no brainer. Simplicity, clean UX, caring about the finer details like fine wine is what developer products are all about. Using this has been pure joy! Oh and the docs are exquisite..

Seriously incredible marketing & mailing automation! I love the simplicity of the editor, the scheduling, the transactional emails... Somehow Loops does it all with none of the drag and complexity of other tools. You'd think email can't be reinvented for the 1000th time, but Loops did it.
