We highly recommend it to all pet owners. You don’t even need to be a new dog parent to start using the Woofs. I discovered it when my dog was already three years old and decided to try it(just for fun from the beginning 😅). I’ve got so many tips on how to continue with trainings when you think your dog already can everything. How to play and train in the same time. How to make our daily walks more efficient. This is an extra user-friendly app, very colorful and interesting “just to follow “ to road the app build for you. I mean, so much money could be saved if I just used it from the beginning when my pup was small. All important theme are covered here. Definitely a recommendation from me.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - BEWARE I’m not the first one leaving reviews saying that they take your money and don’t issue refunds even when you explain and have proof of not using the app! The terms and conditions are tiny, no one reads them! I purchased a promotion for 3 months, I used it for a few days and never again because I didn’t like it. And since the app doesn’t say that the subscription is automatically renewed I didn’t even know that I was going to get charged again. They don’t even have an option to cancel de subscription from the app! I emailed support explaining this, also that I haven’t been using the app nor do I want to use it again and requested a full refund, which they denied. After insisting they offered a 25% refund. If they would be honest they’d give a full refund!!! Especially when seeing that I haven’t been using the app.

Woofz app is a perfect choice for me and my pet, Phoenix. We learned several new commands, it was easy and funny :) Also, the design of app is very cute, it is easy to understand and to use. I highly recommend to try for all dog owners ❤️

The app is super helpful and has a very user-friendly interface. We used it to teach my parents' puppy new commands and ease its anxiety while left home alone. I'll use Woofz when I adopt a dog for myself! 💛🔥

I wanted to try it out for my new pup and I had to pay 6.99 for a 7day trial. I was looking around the app on how to cancel before the 7days. I couldn’t find how to cancel….then they deducted 39.99 from my account. I emailed them a few times no response…I commented on the instagram page and the reported my comments and I’m unable to post on instagram because they reported me. I only asked them to cancel my plan and refund my 39.99. Will someone please tell me how to cancel. Per their IG account…multiple people are having this same issue

My dog is 5 years old and is old enough to have most of his training completed, but I will use this app as well!
